CourseCure – Courses 1.0.6

Fix Pay Per Course option not showing in Course Access tab and fixed nonce issue.
Added nonce and fixed files to WordPress Standards.
Remove duplicate use of sanitize_text_field().
Fix issue in Course Library where Draft courses are showing when searching.
Fixed duplicating a course not carrying inheritance over to modules and lessons.
