Core Updates

• Changed the session cookie prefix (from wp_ to wordpress_) so that it will prevent WPEngine caching
• Made sure the “session” cookie is not empty prior to access to its keys (PHP Warning)
• Added measures to try and Prevent browser caching on our endpoints by adding random paramaters to the Social Login buttons via Javascript and nocache_headers()
