Performance

• Set wp_cache_flush to be called only once per hour in SyncMembership
• Changed query that pulls custom registration fields from “select distinct” to “select … group by”. The latter appears to run faster with larger tables most of the time

• Replaced .attr() with .prop() in stripe.wlm.js for better portability (credit: Mason James)
• Updated WLMAPIMethods::member_can_access() for speed improvements

• Added /taxonomies resource to API which is the same as /categories
